What do you do if everyone missunderstands the point of your ByeDr.com question?

i asked a question about an idea i had after seeing a news story about non-surgical breast enlargement. they did research in the herbal pills and hormone treatments, and separate research on the brava breast enlargement pump system;
both with less than spectacular results. so i thought "why not combine the different methods and work on the breast tissue from the inside AND the outside at the same time?"
instead i get responses telling me about surgery options that sound like they are directed for me to use.
sorry, i love breasts, but i don't want then attached to me!What do you do if everyone missunderstands the point of your ByeDr.com question?

I constantly get unrelated answers to my questions too (not here specifically) - I just edit my post. Once I ended up deleting the question altogether since no one seemed to get it.
