What does woman's size signify?

I mean if a woman tells her size as 36-24-38 what does this signify?What does woman's size signify?
Means she has about a C cup, small waist and a big butt. The numbers are meaning inches. Putting a tap measure around the body lining it up with the nipple around the back is the first 36. 24 is around her waist menaing that she is skinny. Also the 38 where you take the tape measure and go around the buttocks arrear and is 38 around the butt. This is the description.

It is the measurement of the fullest part of the bust, smallest part of the waist and biggest part of the hips/buttocks.
