What is a easy exersice you can do at home?

I'm overweight and I want to lose weight and be more in shape by exercising, I have tried walking on the tredmill but i really dont enjoy that, is there really any really good easy exersice that a teenager can do in the privacy of her own home without costing $$$?What is a easy exersice you can do at home?
find a physical activity you enjoy and do it. is there a sport you like? play it... a lot. do you like dancing? dance more. the important thing is to enjoy what you are doing and the weight loss will just be a byproduct. of course, you will need to eat less than what you burn for there to be weight loss.
as far as exercises, bodyweight movements are great: squats, lunges, push-ups, dips, etc.

for pretty cheap (under $10) you can buy workout dvd's off ebay. i like tae bo because there are intenser parts and then there are easy, relaxing parts. there are several different levels of tae bo videos, so read reviews before purchasing a particular one to make sure its right for you.
i know this sounds strange but seriously jumping jacks. keep going until you seriously can not do any more. if you really are over weight then try to do mabye 100 i can 300 myself and im not that buff. and also if you want to loose weight dont eat after 6:30 or 7pm

what i like to do is watch tv and during comercials do situps then watch tv again for break then next comercial more situps its easy and who likes comercials
