What does it mean when your lower abdomen has a pain to it- even after you go to the bathroom?

My stomach ALWAYS hurts and I want to know whats going on (I'm 11 years old)What does it mean when your lower abdomen has a pain to it- even after you go to the bathroom?
That can sometimes happen after urination. But it shouldnt be happening everytime. However, if you are having to hold it in for long periods of time, that could be contributing to the pain afterwards.
Either way, you should speak to your doctor about it. It shouldnt be happening everytime.
It could mean that you are "backed up"..ie. constipated. Have you gone "#2" in awhile? Maybe you should talk to your dr. if its not that.
