I found many females can get by without having one as long as the males is finished.
Not sure this is true, I am really confused.What exactly organism is?
Females can get by without them, although they would probably enjoy it more if they had them. Unlike guys girls don't need to have an orgasm as much, they can come down(guys can too I think but they make it seem like they can't I'm not a guy I don't know) although they might be frustrated. Orgasm is a release of sexual tension built up during sex. Muscle tension and release either through the body or localized down under.
