Try a heating pad or a hot water bottle on your stomach.
put a hot water bottle on it.
Tylenol
drink some hot tea, and curl up with a heating pad and a good book, and relax some.
A hot hot water bottle.
bananas and chocolate. at least they work for me
My daughter had horrible cramps. A hot shower and heating pad helped. When it really got bad she got a RX from her Dr.
Use a heat pad. They have very thin and disposable ones that stick to your underwear. They last for over 8 hours. By therma care at wal-mart. A 3 pack is about $7.00.
exercise!! hot bathes work wonders also.
A hot bath. Pat your lower tummy with a hot washcloth during the bath. Then use a heating pad or hot water bottle. Lots of rest. I hate period pains.
