What does it mean when people say a female is glowing?

Everyone keeps coming up to me and telling me that i am getting lighter and that i am glowing...What does it mean when people say a female is glowing?
means your pregnant or that you are in love. smiles all over your face.
Animals sweat; men perspire; women glow.
get an anchor or you may just float off into space.
It can mean one of three things:
1) You are sweating and its making you seem healthier,
2) You are healthy and its showing
3) You are tanning and its showing
your face just looks like you had great sex
You are looking great!!
Glowing can also be used to refer to sweating... but i'm sure it's the other one! Go you!

Usually it's a nice way of saying you are sweating.
In your case you might actually be starting to become illuminated from within.
Perhaps due to demon posession.
