find a physical activity you enjoy and do it. is there a sport you like? play it... a lot. do you like dancing? dance more. the important thing is to enjoy what you are doing and the weight loss will just be a byproduct. of course, you will need to eat less than what you burn for there to be weight loss.
as far as exercises, bodyweight movements are great: squats, lunges, push-ups, dips, etc.

midol is all that works for me...and sit ups or jogging, exercise lessens the pain from cramps too.
Sodium (salt) is usually the culprit here. Avoid as much of it as you can and drink plenty of fluids. I know it sounds weird to drink water to remove water, but that is exactly what your body needs to flush out the excess.

You could have gotten a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), they can be casued by bubble baths, underwear, sex etc. I got them a lot when I first got married, if you go to the doctor they;ll just give you a pee test and if positive you'll get some antibiotics that will help it go away quick. Soemtimes, waiting too long to get it taken care of (if it is a UTI), if your body can't fight it off itself the infection will move into your kidneys, and this is when it gets really, really painful. UTI's are easy to diagnose and easy to fix, I think this would be your best guess as to why it burns when you pee, and you have to pee alot. Those are 2 HUGE side effects of a uti. There is nothing toxic or harmful with the pills that have expired. They have, however, potentially lost some of their potency, therefore resulting in decreased effectiveness as birth control. You can finish out the current pack but it would be best to use a back up method of birth control until you've had your period and begun a new pack of pills that have not expired.
No you are fine but if you have any more packs at home take them back to the pharmacy you got them from in the morning.
At 2 months, I think it might be okay, just remember that it may be less effective, so there is a higher chance that you can get pregnant.

The only thing I can think of to help is to stop running. Breasts and bums are mostly made of extra fat, and since you're getting a great workout, your body is burning it. To help your tummy flatten, tighten it as you run. Focus on your core when you run, and when you're cooling down after running, do some stretches to stretch your tummy muscles.

I am just going through the exact same thing!! I went to the Dr. b/c i missed my monthly period (which NEVER happens) & i am producing breast milk and haven't breast fed in almost 3 years!! more than likely it is just some exta water weight. you may have eaten foods high in sodium and not realized it. The best thing to do is drink plenty of water to flush the salt from your system.

Could be a heavy period. The body is cleansing away the extra week of uterine lining, tissue and fluid.
Could be a miscarriage. You won't really know in this early stage.
If the bleeding is extra-heavy ie. soaks a pad every hour, get to emergency.
It sounds like your cycle was just irregular this month. Sometimes that just happens. I've also observed that being stressed about things (such as being pregnant) can delay your period even longer.
If you want to make your cycle more regular, your best option might be birth control. You should ask your doctor for more info so he can get you a prescription for the pills if needed. If you are already on birth control, it may be a good idea to switch to a different brand.
I'd say give yourself a re-test 2 or 3 days after the first test. They are not 100% accurate and do not detect pregnancy right away. It might be worth a trip to the clinic--

I know that caffeine will make your cramps worse. The best thing I have found out, is, using a hot pad on my stomach to get rid of the cramps. And Ibuprofen. Potassium is also good for that time of the month. And as much as you would not want to do around that time is walk, but that is also good for you.

That is completely normal. Your period can last anywhere from 21-35 days..the average is 28 ( from the first day of one period to the first day of the next ) This happens to me on occasion as well. I usually blame it on the fact that Feb. is a short month..so I got my period in the first week of March ( instead of the last week of Feb ) and then again in the last week of March ( 28 days later ). No worries !

Depends. Some women have irregular periods. I have sometimes skipped a month, occasionally skipped two months, but it always comes back. If you are having intercourse, wait another month and if you don't start, get two home preg kits and test yourself twice. If either one says you are pregnant, make an appt with an obgyn and confirm that you are or confirm that the home test was in error.

My heart does that when my blood sugar is low. Low blood sugar can also wake me up, give me nightmares or bad dreams and make me have a bad night's sleep. For what it is worth, I have found that sleep apnea can give me some of the same symptoms - so now I am under treatment for both sleep apnea and blood sugar imbalance.

I sometimes get cramps before my period when Im ovulating. They tend to be a little more intense than regular period cramps.
