It means you need to get to the doctor as soon as possible! Foul odor usually means infection of some kind, no matter WHERE it's coming from. And blood when you are not supposed to have it is never a good sign.
You need to be careful *** it could be an infection or something even more serious like cancer of the cervical, ovaries, vagina . Do consult a gynaecologist if you have these symptoms immediately. Take care :)

Yeah. You need to go to the doctor, like, right now(or as soon as your ob/gyn's office opens). Could you be pregnant? Both my miscarriages carried an odor with them...Either way, foul odor is NEVER EVER EVER EVER normal, alright? So, please for your health(you are the only one responsible for your health!), go see your doc.

It could be a bacterial infection. Your gynaecologist would probably do a swab test at your private area and get it tested at the lab. If you've had had sexual intercourse, then instead of a swab test, your gynae will probably do a pap smear. If it is a bacterial infection, a course of good suitable antibiotics will clear it up.
You might be having an infection in your cervix.
