What is a natural way to deal with anxiety?

I get that anxious feeling in my stomach often and really need to control it...please help...What is a natural way to deal with anxiety?
For mild anxiety, exercise can often help. Anything related to self care can also be nice... drink some tea, play in the yard with a pet, garden, take a bubble bath, have a friends night with friends who are uplifting. If that doesn't help, talk to someone like a counselor, doctor or social worker. They might be able to suggest situation specific ways to help. Good luck!

well if i within normal limits do things which u like gardening,playing with pets ,think of ur near and dear ones and if anxiety is out of control do yoga and meditation becos yoga increase ur concentration power which treat anxiety and depression naturally,try

Yoga. It will teach your to control your breathing. It will also help with stretching and strenthing your muscles which helps naturally.
Tai-Chi is excellent. It takes a while to learn the basics (if your teacher is good), but this cynic swears by it now.
