What do period cramps feel like?
They can range anywhere from a mild pinching sensation in the middle of your lower abdomen to a feeling like someone has kicked you VERY hard with combat boots on.
The average person will feel them as a strong cramp that lasts for a few seconds to a minute. Motrin, Tylenol, Midol, or Aleve can all help to ease the discomfort.
Mine feel like someone is just squeezing my lower abdomen.
Depends on how severe the cramps are.
They can feel like your lower abdominal muscles are tightened up.
imagine it like how you squeeze your fist really hard. That's what your uterus does to shed blood and tissue. If you feel something dull and annoying, your uterus is most likely having spasms to expell it's lining.
To be honest, with me, it feels like someone is punching my stomach from the inside. Some days it can be really rough like that, but then other days it is just a constant dull pain.
Like someone is wringing your womb out like an old rag. Nice!
uncomfortable...like your uterus is trying to turn inside out
oh my gosh, they are HORRIBLE!! i hate them sooooo much. i even threw up once because it was so bad. and just the other day, i was lying down in the nurses office at school, gasping for air because it hurt so bad.
I have really bad ones and they HURT really bad! and they usually make me sick but everyone has different pains and u can always stop them with pain medications!
