What do i do to stop my armfit from sweating?
use antipersperent instead of deoderent
put under arm on before running around
use deodorant
actually deoderant will stop the odor, hence its name, what you are looking for is anti-persperant.
If you prevent your sweating...you are doing harm to you body...there is a reason for us to sweat...just use a good deoderant...we all sweat, no big deal. Live with it.
I have big time sweat problems under my pits, too. There is a surgery to remove the sweat glands there. If that is too extreme, try "Certain Dry" deodorant. There is one roll on that you use at night, and a stick to use in the morning. It is the only deodorant/antipersperant that has worked for me. It's a little pricey, but worth it.
