first of all, you shouldn't really be stuffing your bra with anything. if you want a boost, use a pushup bra (victoria's secret is the best). if you insist on stuffing it, stuff it with toilet paper or tissues.
I do volunteer work for a mastectomy support group.Often used to plump up missing areas for a temporary shaping fix is a very light weight cloth bag of the required size filled with birdseed and sealed well.I know it sounds funny but it conforms to any shape you need when packed into the bra and looks and feels quite normal under clothing..you wouldnt go swimming and get it wet though
