What do I do if there is bleeding after I put a tampon in?

Today is the second time I put in a tampon and both times after I put the tampon in I still had blood come out. What am I doing wrong? I mean I barely feel the tampon in me, Im still getting used to it all. I'm turning 20 in a week and I'm very confused. What do I do if there is bleeding after I put a tampon in?
You may be using wrong size tampon for the flow you are having.as you know some months are heavier then others..at 20yrs are you just starting to use them?well if all you have is what you got ~use a pad/panty liner with them until you find the right one..And please Know What it sez on the box of tampons as far as Size...This DoesNot Mean you have a Plus size box :) it just means the absorbancy accepts more blood in a 4 hour period or how ever often YOU NEED And the best way to insert is by putting one foot on toilet/bathtub and aim 'In' at the same level as the foot thats proped up~ By the Way Welcome to the next35 yrs + of bloody bliss &maybe Parenting one day ~
you are putting it in to far up
you either put it in rong or you need a higher absorbancy what kind are you using?
you are either using the wrong absorbency.
or you are putting it up too far.
depending on what type of tampon that you use there should be instructions on how to insert it.
so make sure you read over those, and see what happens.
maybe you are not putting it in far enough or you might need to get a stonger one like a heavier one coz u might bleed more than u think. u could always put a towel on as well as the tampon . hope this helped
get a larger size?
