Could be gas. Try taking some Gas-X when it happens and some Tylenol. If that doesn't help- see your doctor.
could be IBS - irritable bowel syndrome - try changing the time of your eve meal or alter your diet, cut things out one at a time eg wheat, dairy products to rule out a reaction

Most probably indigestion. Try to eat light dinners early to give your system plenty of time to digest before bed. You might also try a soothing peppermint tea (also e.g. fennel and other herbals that aid digestion) in the evening after your meal. Definitely stay away from meat and heavy fried foods (chips and snacks also) before bedtime.
