if you tug on them a lot or frequent long dry sex. they may sag with age. I find it fascinating as well. My sister has labia hanging down a bit and we laugh about it. Mine are not as large.

Like um full and meaty. There are women who have their labias pierced and then hang weights from them or use clamps to hang the weights to stretch their labias and make them longer and appear outside the outer Labia.
Once they're stretched they do not go back as they were, but stay stretched. I noticed one picture on the web where the labia was half way to her, her knees. I kid you not.
