What causes cramping in chest area?

i have this cramp like for past couple days in chest area what is it from? i have the nuva ring birth control is it from that? i have never had those symptoms beforeWhat causes cramping in chest area?
Better have this checked out asap. Is it worse when you breathe? Any hormonal birth control can cause a serious medical condition called a PE (pulmonary embolism). Essentially, a blood clot that is in your lungs. Better to be safe than sorry.
is it actually in your upper chest or more right around or under your breast? I get cramps in that area when I'm dehydrated
