I am still young so it's not impossible for me to grow. im early teen.What can i do to try to grow/get longer legs? Any exersizes, food?
As far as I know there is no exercise to acquire long legs. It's part of your genetic make-up. Either you have them or you don't. If you don't, there are ways to give the illusion of longer legs. Keeping them lean and well defined will achieve that. Things like running, certain martial arts--or something like Tae Bo, pilates, etc. can help you with that. As for food, don't go on any stupid diets. Just eat healthy and in moderation and exercise and quit obsessing. You probably look great just the way you are. Good luck.

You can't eat anything to make your legs grow. Your still a teenager - if it's meant to be, you will get taller, no worries there.
You will be the height that you are genetically programmed to be and inthe time that is genetically programmed for you. Nothing can change that.
